I send you your meal plan within 2-4 days, which you are expected to follow. I have some high expectations from you. I don’t expect perfection but I want you to be better than you have ever been. I want you to surprise yourself.

You need to keep a track of your daily food intake and activity levels. You get a quick daily score for this.
